Printing food labels

Access to this screen is only available if you have purchased the Food Labeling option.

After opening or adding a Food Label, click to print Food Labels. The Nutritionist Pro - Food Label Preview dialog box appears.

The Preview window allows you to view the label before printing.

Click on the Food Label Preview dialog box toolbar and the Save As dialog box appears.

  1. Select a path and type a file name in the Name field.
  2. Select a file format in the Save as type list: .bmp, .eps, .gif, .pcx, .tif, and .wmf.

Because of their large size, compress or zip .bmp or .eps files before attempting to save to a diskette.

Click on the Food Label Preview dialog box toolbar and the Print dialog box appears for selecting a printer and other printing options. Make the appropriate selections and click to print the label.

  • Click to cancel the operation.

Select 400%, 300%, 200%, 150%, 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25% from the drop-down list on the Food Label Preview dialog box toolbar to reduce or enlarge the view of the Food Label.

Use the arrows in the on the Food Label Preview dialog box toolbar to move to another page if the label spans multiple pages.

Click in the upper-right corner to close the Nutritionist Pro - Food Label Preview dialog box.
