Using Quick Info

Select Actions/Quick Info in the menu bar or right click the food or recipe and select Quick Info. The Quick Info dialog box appears.

Quick Info is available when a food or recipe is highlighted.

The dialog box contains these read-only tabbed sections that provide information about the food or recipe:

• General
• Nutrients , this tab contains a button for selecting nutrients.
• Exchanges
