Printing food reports

To print a report for a food, click . The Food Reports dialog box appears.

The Food Reports dialog box contains the following tabs:

  • Food
  • Recipe

The Food tab contains two options for creating reports:

  • Food nutrient analysis, a complete list of nutrients, the daily average values, goal, percent of goal, missing values, diabetic exchanges, and a nutrient summary with percent of calories from macronutrients.
  • Critical Control Points list (CCP, also known as HACCP), a list of the critical control point categories and the critical control point text.

HACCPs and the list of CCPs are only available if you have purchased Food Labeling.

The Recipe tab contains several options for creating reports:

  • Recipe report, the information on the current Recipe screen. Click and the Select Report Nutrients dialog box appears. This dialog allows you to select up to 10 nutrients to appear in a printed report.
  • Nutrition Facts report, the ingredients, instructions, and analysis in a label format.
  • Ingredient summary analysis, the ingredients, instructions, macronutrients, vitamins and minerals, the % of goal, diabetic exchanges, and % of kilocalories from the macronutrients.
  • Recipe card, the ingredients, instructions, select nutrients, and Notes/HACCPs.
  • Nutrition summary, the ingredients, instructions, macronutrients, vitamins, and % of kilocalories from the macronutrients.
  • Shopping list, a list of ingredients and amounts sorted by the food classification.
  • Summary card, the ingredients, the amounts scaled for four different user-determined yields, instructions, and select nutrients.
  • Yields area, contains fields for identifying 4 yields of your choice when Summary card is selected in the Recipe tab.

The Select Report Nutrients dialog box is available for some reports. Click when the button is available and the Select Report Nutrients dialog box appears. This dialog allows you to select up to 10 nutrients to appear in a printed report.

You can select nutrients in a list or in Profiling View. You can also select up to 10 nutrients from the Print Report dialog to appear in a printed report by selecting when this button is available; otherwise, the default nutrients appear in the printed report.
