Printing menu template reports

To print a menu template, click . The Menu Template Reports dialog box appears.

The Menu Template Reports dialog box contains the following options for creating reports:

  • Menu Template Report, a complete list of ingredients, amounts, and nutrients sorted by day, meal, and ingredient. Click and the Select Report Nutrients dialog box appears. This dialog allows you to select up to 10 nutrients to appear in a printed report.
  • Nutrient Analysis, a complete list of nutrients, the daily average values, goal, percent of goal, exchanges, and a nutrient summary with percent of calories from macronutrients.
  • Include Missing Values, the number of foods in a menu or diet that do not have a value for the specific nutrient. This number appears in the MV column next to the nutrient and equals the number of foods where that nutrient value is null.
  • Food profiling, a list of ingredients, amounts, and nutrients. Sort the list before printing. Click and the Select Report Nutrients dialog box appears. This dialog allows you to select up to 10 nutrients to appear in a printed report.
  • Nutrition Summary, a list of the macronutrients, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, exchanges, and % of kilocalories from the macronutrients.
  • Shopping List, a list of ingredients and amounts sorted by the food classification.

The Select Report Nutrients dialog box is available for some reports. Click when the button is available and the Select Report Nutrients dialog box appears. This dialog allows you to select up to 10 nutrients to appear in a printed report.

If you select nutrients in a list or in Profiling View, you must make the same selections to appear in a printed report by selecting from the Print Report dialog when this button is available; otherwise, the default nutrients appear in the printed report.
