Modifying meals

To add or modify meals, select Tools/Meals from the menu bar. The Modify Meals dialog box appears.

1. Click . A New Meal appears at the bottom of the list.
2. Rename the meal by selecting the meal, clicking so the cursor appears at the beginning of the text, and typing a new name.
   • Click or to rearrange meals in the dialog box. The order in the Modify Meals dialog box is the order in which meals will be added to the menu or diet.
3. Click to close the dialog box.
