Defining menus for clients
A menu is a listing of meals or foods to be served. Menus are used for planning what clients will eat. Use the Menus tab to create menus for individual clients.
To create a new menu after opening or adding a client, complete the following steps:
- Click
to access Menu and Menu from Template options.

Right-click the mouse in the dialog boxes to access shortcut menus for each screen.
- Click Menu and a New Menu file appears in the dialog box.
- A New Menu allows you to create a menu for a client.
- Complete a New Menu.
- Select View/Analysis from the menu bar to view a detailed analysis of the menu.
- Select View/Profiling from the menu bar to view information about all foods in a menu or diet. Sort the list as desired.
- Click Menu from Template and the Select Menu from Template dialog box appears.
- Using a template allows you to modify existing information for an individual client.
- Complete a Menu from Template.
- Select View/Analysis from the menu bar to view a detailed analysis of the menu.
- Select View/Profiling from the menu bar to view information about all foods in a menu or diet. Sort the list as desired.

After opening a menu, right-click the mouse in the dialog box to access shortcut menus for each screen.

. The New Menu Properties dialog box appears. Complete the Properties dialog box.

You can also access this Properties dialog box from the New Menu screen.
- Click

to rearrange the order of Menu and Menu from Template files appearing in the Menus window.
- Click
to save the information in the Clients editor, including the client's menus.
- Select File/Save As to save the file under a new name.
- Click
to access either the New Menu or Menu from Template screen.
- Click
to remove the selected menu or menu template.
