Opening a recipe book

To open a Recipe Book, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the navigation bar.
  2. Click on the navigation bar.
  3. Click and use the Open Recipe Book dialog box to search for an existing recipe book.

Click the Axxya Systems option in the Status tab to see all Recipe Books that come with Nutritionist Pro.

  1. When the search is complete, the screen contains the following information:
    • The name of the selected recipe book appears in the Name field.
    • The recipes contained in the Recipe Book appear on the screen with the Meal Component and Type for each recipe.
    • The General tab contains information about the recipe selected in the recipe book.
    • The Nutrients tab contains information about the nutrient analysis of the recipe selected in the recipe book.
  2. Select a recipe in the recipe book, if desired.
    • Select Actions/Open to open the recipe in the Foods editor.
    • Select Actions/Quick Info to open the Quick Info dialog box.

Right-click the recipe or an ingredient to open and modify it in the Foods editor.
