Opening menu templates

To open a menu template, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the navigation bar.
  2. Click on the navigation bar. The Menu Templates screen appears.
  3. Click and use the Open Menu Template dialog box to search for an existing menu template.

Clicking provides a list of Axxya Systems sample menu templates that come with Nutritionist Pro. The sample menu templates (1800 calorie Diabetic, 1800 calorie Low Fat High Fiber, etc) are created using the guidelines from the Manual of Clinical Dietetics.

  1. When the search is complete, the screen contains the following information:
    • The name of the selected template appears in the title bar.
    • The menu appears in the Menu Templates screen.
  2. Select View from the menu bar to perform one of the following functions:
    • Select View/Normal to see details for the selected item.
    • Select View/Analysis to view or modify an analysis of nutrients from the questionnaire.
    • Select View/Profiling to view information about all foods in a menu or diet. Sort the list as desired.
