Using the toolbar
Icons on the Nutritionist Pro toolbar provide quick access to functions. To use them, click the appropriate icon.
Select View on the menu bar and click Toolbar to view the toolbar. Clear Toolbar if you do not wish to see the toolbar on the screen.
The icons access the following functions:
New, click the arrow to access a drop-down list of shortcuts to opening a new food, nutrient goal template, menu template, recipe book, client, client group, or food label.
Open, access the Open dialog box for use when opening or adding items.
Save, save current information.
Print, print current information.
Up One Level, move the highlight up one level for items appearing in tree views, such as diets and menus.
Cut, cut highlighted information.
Copy, copy highlighted information.
Paste, paste information that has been cut or copied. Position the cursor where the text should appear and click the icon.
Back, return to the most recently viewed screen. Use Back and Forward to toggle between screens.
Forward, move to the next screen. Use Back and Forward to toggle between screens.
Properties, access the Properties dialog box for the current screen.
In most cases, the same functions can be performed using the Toolbar icons, Menu Bar commands, or shortcut menu commands.
