Setting the program defaults

Nutritionist Pro allows you to set program defaults to personalize the program. To access the settings, follow these steps:

  1. Select Tools/Options from the menu bar. The Options dialog box appears with General, Foods, and Reports tabs.
  2. Select the appropriate tab to access and change the settings the defaults.
  3. Click to close the dialog box.
    • Click at any time to cancel the operation.
