Tools

Tools in the sidebar collects the jobs that sit alongside your records rather than inside them: moving data in and out in bulk, and maintaining the manufacturers, meals, exercises, and HACCP steps that your ingredients, recipes, menus, and clients draw on.

Which tools come with which module​

Every subscription includes Sheet Import and Bulk Export. The four Add/Edit tools come with the Diet analysis and Menu creation modules, so a Label module subscription on its own does not show them.

  • Sheet import. Label module, Diet analysis module, and Menu creation module.
  • Bulk export. Label module, Diet analysis module, and Menu creation module.
  • Manufacturers. Diet analysis module and Menu creation module.
  • Meals. Diet analysis module and Menu creation module.
  • Exercises. Diet analysis module and Menu creation module.
  • HACCPs. Diet analysis module and Menu creation module.

Sheet Import and Bulk Export narrow themselves further. They come with every module, but the kinds of record they offer are the ones your modules cover, so a Label module subscription imports ingredients, recipes, and recipe books, while a Menu creation subscription imports clients, client groups, and menu templates. Each page lists the full breakdown.

If you have the all-modules plan, every tool on this page is available to you.

Not available on a trial

The whole Tools area is disabled for trial accounts.

Where to find it​

Click Tools in the sidebar. The page shows a card for each tool you have access to, so you may see fewer cards than are listed above. Opening a card takes you to that tool; the Add/Edit tools also list your existing entries underneath, ready to edit or delete.
