Product licensing

Nutritionist Pro will have to be licensed when it is purchased. We give our customers 30 days to license the product after which time, it will no longer function unless it is licensed. To license the module you have purchased, contact Axxya Systems within 30 days. Please have your account number or customer ID ready. You will also need the serial number which appears in the Product Licensing dialog box, as described below.

The product cannot be returned once it is licensed.

During the 30-day unlicensed period, you will have access to the Database, Client, and Technologies components (with Food Labeling).

When you license the product, you will have access only to the components you purchase.

Axxya Systems grants the customer a non-exclusive, paid license to use Nutritionist Pro on a single computer or a network, in accordance with the following conditions:

  • The customer shall not make, manufacture, use, or reproduce copies of Nutritionist Pro software, documentation, or database, except for use on a single machine and in accordance with this agreement.
  • The customer is permitted to make copies only for backup purposes on a single computer. Installation or use on a network; Local Area Network (LAN); or Wide Area Network (WAN) requires a separate license.
  • After registration, the customer may not transfer the Nutritionist Pro license to any other party.
  • All copyright notices shall be retained on all copies of Nutritionist Pro.
